We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and and fixing bugs. Here are some examples of what we have accomplished in the past few weeks.
With the latest version of EASI’R, you no longer need to wait to complete campaigns, and it’s easier to find out what needs to be taken care of today. Continue reading for details.
Send Campaigns immediately - When creating a new campaign, you now have the choice between entering a date and time on which the campaign should be completed, or simply have the campaign being sent immediately by choosing “now”. Click here to read about creating Campaigns.
Show tasks on Dashboard - On the Dashboard, a user can see up to 5 of his Tasks. First on the list are Tasks that are due today and already overdue. Then there will be Tasks due today, still pending. If those do not fill the list of 5 Tasks yet, Tasks due later than today will be shown.
New Webhook - We added a new webhook (case_declined) for the feature announced in our previous release email, where it is possible to decline a case without creating an activity. You can find all existing webhooks here.
Remember all filters - Whenever a filter is set anywhere, those filters will be saved, so they do not need to be re-selected every time.
Moved input of case notes - The input field for case notes is no longer below the case notes, but above. In addition to this, the order for case notes have been changed, so the newest notes are shown on top. This ensures a better and more logical overview of case notes.
Y-axis label disappears - Fixed a bug where the some of the Y-axis labels on reporting disappeared.
Missing translations - A couple of German translations were missing and English was shown instead.
Automated relations - Automated relations were removed from relations paths. We put them back.
