We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and and fixing bugs. Here are some examples of what we have accomplished in the past few weeks.
The latest version of EASI’R introduces new settings that can help you to separate divisions, for example after-sales and sales. Continue reading for details.
Add Product categories to Relations paths - Specify which products you want to make available in a certain Relations path. More.
Add Roles to Relations path - Support the use of a certain relations path for users with a specific role. For users with that specific role(s), the relation path(s) with that role will be shown above all other relations path. More.
New reporting indicators - Users will find 3 new indicators in their performance dashboard: Closed cases, Created activities, and Rejected leads. More.
Product Details - Product details are now by default shown on all cases, regardless of their relations path.
Lead assignment time - Lead details now not only show the assignment date of a lead, but also the exact time.
- Task status didn’t consider timezone
- Added missing translation when deleting tasks
- Fix sidebar notification not closing when clicking on a notification
