We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and and fixing bugs. Here are some examples of what we have accomplished in the past few weeks.
The latest version of EASI’R further improves reporting by adding more indicators, filters, and configuration options. Continue reading for details.
Product filter - A product filter is now available on reporting. This filter is available for all user types and in all reporting sections (performance, lead insight, case insight).
New indicators - For all Team, Group and Company administrators, there are three new indicators available in the performance report: Leads average time to reaction, Leads processed within 24 hours, and Leads processed within 48 hours. Click here for more details about those indicators.
Configurable user report - Users can now select the most relevant out of 9 indicators in their performance report. They can furthermore save the chosen indicators as an indicator set. More.
Product on lead details - If a product is attached to a lead, the product information will be shown in the details of the respective lead.
- Fixed a bug where some products where not shown when attaching them in an activity
- Fixed a bug where a high five was counted twice
- Fixed bug where some all day tasks would not show on dashboard tasks list
