We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and and fixing bugs. Here are some examples of what we have accomplished in the past few weeks.
The latest version of EASI’R helps you with getting a better overview on attachments in activities, and to see what's important faster, with the help of additional new labels.
Attachments in timeline - If an attachment was sent in an activity, this will now not only be indicated under ‘Correspondences’, but also under ‘Case activity’, with the help of a paper clip icon. This means you can now see at a glance which activity had an attachment.
Scope labels - We added labels to relations paths, automated relations, and lead types in order to indicate if they were created by a team admin, group admin or admin. With those labels, it will be easier to find out who can see, edit or use a specific relations path, automated relation or lead type. Those labels are visible in Settings - Case management to everyone who has access to this part.
Product search - We improved the product search by performing an “AND” query instead of an “OR” query.
Link forwarding - Until now, when clicking on the ‘Lead Escalated’ notification in the sidebar, you were forwarded to the lead page. New: With the new improvement, from now on you will be forwarded to the respective case, if this lead has already been accepted.
Decline date - When a case is declined without activity, the "updated_at" field will be updated with the current date.
- Fixed a bug where the links in email notifications did not work
- Fixed a bug where a role could not be removed from a user
- Fixed a bug where a wrong label was shown on ‘My performance’
- Fixed a bug where email preview on Internet Explorer 11 did not work
