We are improving EASI'R by releasing new features, working on existing ones and and fixing bugs. Here are some examples of what we have accomplished in the past few weeks.
The latest version of EASI’R helps you with more filters, additional rights, and further improvements.
No more prices for products
Products attached to cases no longer show prices. When you as an Admin create products, there no longer are fixed fields for price and VAT. We have removed this due to feedback from our customers, according to which they prefer to look at the number of sold products, rather than at their value.
User filter on performance report
Users with the user type Group and Team admin will now find a user filter on the performance report. With this filter, they can select any number of users within their range and compare their numbers with one another.
Additional assignable rights
For Administrators creating a new role, there is a broader selection of assignable rights available now. Not only are there additional rights in User management (e.g. "Assign Role to Users", "Assign Team to Users"), but also specific rights regarding who can delete or edit a Company; or create, edit, and delete Products or Templates.
With these additional rights, Admins have more flexibility and can create more precisely defined roles for their users.
Content in templates
When creating a template, we check if the template has the needed "content" tag. If it is not there, we inform the acting user about this. This is going to help you avoid creating unusable templates.
Lead type responsible user
To make Team administrator more aware of the importance of responsible users for lead types, we added a description to the settings. Team admins can find this under Settings - Case management - Lead types.
- Notifications were sent to users when rescheduling their own tasks
- Users could not open links in email notifications
- The date picker window closed immediately, not allowing to select a date
