An open task is a task that has not been completed yet. It can either be 'overdue', 'pending' or 'later'.

There is several ways to find your open tasks:
- Case: If you are already on a case, you can see any open task under ‘Planned’.
- Dashboard: The top part of the dashboard shows 5 of your most relevant tasks. First on the list are tasks that are due today and already overdue. Then there will be tasks due today, still pending. If those do not fill the list of 5 tasks yet, tasks due later than today will be shown. You can edit the tasks by clicking on them. To see all tasks, please go to the task list.
- Task list/Calendar: You can also directly go to the task list by clicking on ‘Tasks’ in the main menu on the top bar. If you want to find a specific task, you can use the search bar or filter for a specific team, user, task type, or relations path. If you only want to see your own tasks for example, simply select yourself in the ‘User’ filter.
