You can send files, such as brochures, pictures, or contracts to your clients through a case, by creating an email activity.
- Go to the respective contact or - if available - the case.
- Create an email activity.
- In the email editor, click 'Attachments'. You can now click 'Filemanager', or - if files have already been added to this case - 'Case attachments'.
- Click either one, depending on where your file is located.
- Filemanager: Filemanager opens und you can select the needed file from the filemanager or your computer as described above.
- Case attachments: An overview of all files attached to this case opens. You can check the file you wish to attach and klick 'Select file'.
- The attachment(s) are now listed right underneath the editor:
