EASI’R allows you to attach files not only to emails, but also to different pages in the system, such as Cases, Contacts, and Accounts.
Add a file to a Case, Contact, or Account
To add a file to a case, contact, or account, go to the respective page and find the button "New attachment" further done on the page, under the section "Attachments".
Now you have the option between "Filemanager" and "Your computer". If your files are already uploaded to the filemanager, chose this option. If you want to upload files from your computer, click "Your computer". An overlay will open that gives you access to all the files on your computer. Simply choose the file you want to attach, confirm, and the file will be attached to your case, contact, or account.
Add a file to an Email activity
Create an email activity and click "Attachments".
Now you have the option between "Filemanager" and "Your computer". If your files are already uploaded to the filemanager, chose this option. If you want to upload files from your computer, click "Your computer". An overlay will open that gives you access to all the files on your computer. Simply choose the file you want to attach, confirm, and the file will be attached to your email.
