Administrators can add product categories to a relations path. Group and team administrators can only add product categories to their own relations paths, if they have the right to create relations paths.
By adding product categories, you can limit the products which will later be available in cases with the respective relations path. You can use this, for example, to only make after sales related products available in relations paths connected to after sales.
If you decide not to add any product categories, there will be no limitation, meaning that all products from all product categories will be available in cases with this relations path.
In order to add a product category to a relations path, do the following:
- Click your user name and then 'Settings' - 'Case management' - 'Relations path'.
- Click the relations path you want to edit.
- Under the section 'Product categories', you can add one or more product categories.
- Scroll down and click 'Save relations path'.
Note: Please note that you can only fully edit those relations path, that were created within your access level. That means for example, a Team Admin can only fully edit those relations path that were created by themselves, or by other Team Admins of the same team.
