When you head to the menu point ‘Reports’ in the main menu on the top, 'Case insights' can be found in the third tab.
Cases overview
- The overview gives you an insight into created cases and their status (open, closed, declined).
- You can filter by "Period", "User", "Lead type", "Lead source", "Relations path", and "Product". Group admins and admins can also filter for teams.
- By clicking any of the numbers, the respective cases will be show in a list.
- By hovering over the , you will get more information about what the numbers refer to.
Created cases distributed over relations paths
- This graph shows how cases are distributed over all available Relations paths.
- You can filter by "Period", "User", "Lead type", and "Lead source". Group admins and admins can also filter for teams.
Closed cases distributed over time
- This graph shows how many cases were successfully closed over time.
- You can filter by "Period", "User", "Lead type", "Lead source", "Relations path", and "Product". Group admins and admins can also filter for teams.
- Please note that the displayed time interval varies according to the period of your choice.
Created milestones distributed over relations paths
- This graph shows you the amount of all registered milestones on one specific relations path.
- You can filter by"Period", "User", "Lead type", "Lead source", "Relations path", and "Product". Group admins and admins can also filter for teams.
