Note: In order to schedule a report, you first need to create and save an indicator set. You can do this on the performance tab.
Create a scheduled report:
- Click on 'Reports' in the main menu.
- Click on 'Scheduled reports'.
- Click on 'New scheduled Report'.
- Enter a name for your report.
- Choose an indicator set (Click here to learn how to create an indicator set.
- Choose the desired delivery frequency.
- If needed, filter by Lead type, Lead source, or Relations path. Group admins and Admins can also filter for Teams.
- Enter the recipients names in the textbox and click 'Add recipient'.
- Finally, click 'Create scheduled report'. From now on, your report will be sent to the added recipients in the frequency chosen by you.
Edit or delete a scheduled report:
- Click on 'Reports' in the main menu.
- Click the report you wish to edit.
- Click 'Delete' or 'Save changes', if you have changed anything.
