When you are getting started with EASI'R, there are certain settings a team administrator should set up in order to get the most out of EASI'R.
Responsible user - Responsible users are those users, that will be notified regarding new leads and/or escalations. A Team admin can decide the responsible users for each lead type. Click here to learn how to do that. Please note that in order to receive email notifications, the specified users also need to have enabled email notifications.
Opening hours - Set the opening hours for each lead type. By doing so, you can avoid the escalation of leads outside of your opening hours. Click here to learn how to set opening hours.
Edit Team information - When writing emails in EASI'R or creating content suggestions you can use merge fields. In order to use team related merge fields, like the team's phone number or address, a team administrator first needs to enter the needed information. Click your user name in the top right corner, and then 'Settings' - 'User Management' - 'Teams' and choose your team. Click on 'Team profile' in order to edit or add information.
